Ingredients | 2 serves |
Mixed Sprouts, boiled | ¼ cup, 25g |
Corn, boiled | 2 tbsp., 20g |
Black olives, thinly sliced | 1 tbsp. |
Onions, chopped | ½ cup. |
Tomatoes, chopped | ½ cup. |
Cumin powder | ¼ tsp. |
Red Chilli Flakes | ¼ tsp. |
Pomegranate seeds | 1 tbsp. |
Rock salt | to taste |
Lime juice | 1 tbsp. |
Method
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve. Add the lime juice just before serving to prevent release of water from the vegetables.
